About
With lots of love and attention, we gathered - once again - fantastic artists and teachers, giving them space to transmit and share their artistry with you.
We wish to cultivate sensitivity and provoke a space for questioning and reflection—through dance, movement, collectivity, and personal stories; through the performing arts; through the many encounters that shape us. How do we open up and respond to the world that is presented to us?
We make the choice to collaborate with different projects ;
- connecting overseas with another DIY Colombian festival, TROPICO INTENSO - - for the second year with Contredanse to bring movement into thinking and vice versa.
- organising a Marché pirate and giving space to artists and militant causes,
- and collaborating with Radio Panik and archiving sound samples of the festival into a radio show.
Weaving a tensile thread between communities and practices, Top Floor's fate is to facilitate space to artists and movers that investigate their own means of expression and share what matters to them. We keep rising to build a common Floor for these to meet.
