DUNYA NARLI
Dunya (she/her) is a dancer and cultural organizer based in Brussels. After graduating from SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance), she began her freelance career, collaborating with various international companies and choreographers.
Currently she is working as company dancer with Anton Lachky company since 2020, touring across the world.
As a co-founder of Top Floor Festival, Dunya has been involved since its very beginning, from finding its name, to inviting the artists who would shape this adventure within Brussels' dance scene.
Over the years, her role within Top Floor has expanded to include direct communication with invited artists. She coordinates technical information, gathers artists’ needs and requirements and together with Melina (ex-organizer), she co-created the All Styles Battle. The format blends elements of a traditional battle structure with moments that encourage dancers to connect and shifting the focus beyond competition alone.
Alongside her artistic practice, Dunya actively contributes to Brussels' cultural scene through initiatives such as HOEK asbl, WEi Studio, and Bubble Dance, advocating for collective empowerment and alternative ways of bringing dance into the city.
Elise Ludinard
Elise (she/her) is a Brussels-born dancer and choreographer, graduated from SEAD in 2019. Her practice navigates between choreographic research, performance, transmission, and collective curation. Her work explores confessional poetry, pleasure, and strategies of resistance and repair. Alongside her choreographic endeavors, she has been involved from 2019 to 2022 in the socio-cultural project and residency space L'Accroche, contributing to the development of alternative artistic platforms in Brussels.
As one of the driving forces behind Top Floor Festival, Elise has the ability to transform ideas into action. Together with the team, she builds a network of connections that make the festival possible, scouting emerging artists and weaving relationships across the Brussels and international dance scene. She is also dedicated to accessibility and care within the festival, ensuring that participation remains open and welcoming to a wide diversity of people.
As a maker, Elise has developed several choreographic works, including her solos Souvenirs de Chair, BACKBONE, and most recently Throwing Like a Girl. As a performer, she has collaborated with international artists, currently with Habib Ben Tanfous.
Victoria Kennett
Victoria (she/her) is a dancer, choreographer, improviser, teacher, movement director based in Brussels since 2020. Trained in France and Sicily, she has collaborated with a wide range of artists and companies including Cie Thor, The Polish Dance Theater, Artur Bienkowski, HOEK Collective, La Monnaie & Romeo Castellucci, Patrick Servius, Théo MW and several singers and directors for both live performances and videos/films. She creater the solo ‘mosaïque’ in 2024, and her research is leaning towards improvisation & slow motion.
Within Top Floor Festival, Victoria has become a creative powerhouse. Driven by curiosity, she has an ability to dive into new challenges and develop the skills needed to bring them to life. For the past six years, she has shaped much of the festival's visual identity, creating its graphic universe and managing the social medias. Her artistic eye and attention to detail have become an essential part of how Top Floor presents itself to the world. Her voice in the collective curation is also very tainted by a wish to give space in the festival to the artists that stuggle finding that space.
Lauréline Bombaert
Lauréline “Lily” (she/her) is a cultural producer and arts administrator based in Brussels, where she graduated in Cultural Management from ULB. She currently works as a producer at MoDul, accompanying the projects of artists such as Sara Selma Dolorès and Ahmed Ayed, while also managing administrative and production processes for various artistic structures, including HOEK Collective.
Since joining Top Floor Festival, Lily has played a key role in helping the project grow towards greater stability and professionalism. Her experience navigating the institutional and production landscape has brought structure, and long-term vision to the festival, allowing it to take steps forward while remaining true to its values.
Lily brings a warm and welcoming presence to the festival. She loves being on site, meeting audiences, creating connections, and making people feel at home.
Julia FArber
Julia (she/her) is a performer, choreographer, researcher, and anthropologist born in Mexico and based in Brussels. Active across both the European and Latin American artistic scenes, she continuously builds bridges between cultures, practices, and ways of thinking. Deeply rooted in her Mexican heritage, Julia believes in the transformative power of exchange and in the magic that arises when borders are crossed and different perspectives meet.
Within Top Floor Festival, Julia contributes to weaving an international network of artists and collaborators, while constantly questioning how the festival can create meaningful encounters and offer a platform that is both socially and artistically relevant. Her work is guided by curiosity, collective learning, and a desire to deepen the impact of artistic practices within communities. She is also responsible of coordinating the team of helpers during the festival.
Alongside her role at Top Floor, she develops her own artistic and anthropological research through performances and choreographic works in Europe and Mexico, and is the creator of MalaCostumbre a creative research laboratory.
Bastien Courdavault
Bastien (he/him) is a Brussels-based artist, curator, and technician whose practice moves between visual arts, sound research, socio-cultural projects, and technical production. After completing a degree in Psychology and working for several years as a social worker, he pursued his studies at the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Tours.
Alongside dedicating much of his time to his studio practice, Bastien has been actively involved in independent initiatives such as the socio-cultural center ASBL L’Accroche until 2023. Today, he is primarily engaged with Surgir ASBL, where he focuses on exhibition curation.
In parallel, he works as a technician for various projects and institutions. He regularly collaborates with FRAC Centre-Val de Loire (Orléans) and has worked on a project basis for KANAL–Centre Pompidou (K1), Mercerie, Galerie Le Fell in Brussels.
Since 2023, Bastien has been co-technical director of Top Floor Festival, ensuring that artists receive the technical support and care needed to present their work in the best possible conditions.

Quentin Maes
Quentin (he/him) is a Brussels-based lighting technician and stage technician with experience in contemporary dance, performance, theatre, and large-scale productions. For many years, he collaborated with Rosas, working within the technical teams of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker’s internationally touring productions.
Today, he works as a freelancer, primarily focusing on projects where he oversees the artistic creation process as a lighting designer and set designer and/or technical manager. He collaborates with a variety of projects and works part-time on sighing and bioconstruction projects.
As one of the technical pillars of Top Floor Festival, Quentin helps create the conditions for artists to fully realize their work on stage.
GUS
Gus is the official mascot, emotional support specialist, and four-legged team member of Top Floor Festival. A black Labrador with years of experience in audience welcoming, artist care, and spontaneous cuddle distribution, he has become an essential presence within the festival.
Gus brings lightness to even the busiest production days, making sure everyone takes a moment to breathe.
When not on duty at Top Floor Festival, Gus enjoys long walks, snacks, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As the famous slogan says: “less war, more Gus!”
Maxime Delalande
Maxime (he/him) is a visual artist born in Rennes and based in Brussels. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Brussels (ArBA-EsA), where he completed a Master's degree in Printmaking and Lithography. His artistic practice encompasses drawing, printmaking, publishing, and painting. His work explores the relationships between landscapes, living ecosystems, memory, and collective imaginaries.
Alongside his artistic research, Maxime develops visual identities and mediation tools for cultural and artistic projects.
Since 2025, Maxime has been collaborating with Victoria Kennett on the visual identity of Top Floor Festival. Together, they shape the festival’s visual universe through posters, flyers, publications, and digital communication materials.
Photographer
Arnaud Beelen
Arnaud (he/him) is a Brussels-based graphic designer, photographer, and visual artist.
Known as one of the house photographers of Tictac Art Centre, Arnaud has spent years documenting workshops, performances, residencies, and the vibrant international community surrounding the space. Together with photographer Irene Occhiato, he co-created 34, Rue Emile Carpentier, a photographic project tracing the life of Tictac Art Centre through the presence of more than 160 artists from around the world.
Alongside his photographic work, Arnaud is a graphic designer and art director. He has developed visual identities, websites, publications, and communication campaigns for numerous artistic and cultural projects, including Tictac Art Centre, where he created its graphic identity and digital presence.
For Top Floor Festival, Arnaud has been there since the very beginning, capturing the vibe of this moving colorful festival as no other could do.
hector palacios
Hector Palacios is a Mexican photographer and former contemporary dancer. He studied at the Beijing International Art School and graduated from the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD), Austria. As a performer, he worked with Krzysztof Warlikowski, Barnaby Booth, and Ryan Mason.
His photographic work has been featured by PhotoVogue Italia and Musée Magazine, and exhibited at Galerie Photo Bastei (Zurich), Galerie Joseph Le Palais (Paris), and Fondazione Luciana Matalon (Milan). His work has received Silver Medals at the Tokyo International Foto Awards, Budapest International Foto Awards, and the Minimalist Photography Awards.
NATHAN
HOEBEKE
Nathan (he/him) is currently studying cinematography at RITCS in Brussels. This is the second edition of the festival he will be filming. Although he is not a dancer himself, he finds dance a beautiful art form to capture through the camera. After experiencing the strength of TFF’s community last year, he is excited to be part of it again this year.
SANDER BOSMAN
Sander (he/him) is currently in his first year of film studies at RITCS (Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema and Sound) in Brussels, Belgium. In his free time, he practices photography and videography. He mainly uses DaVinci Resolve for editing, but is also comfortable working with Avid Media Composer. With a solid grasp of the basics of color grading, he is able to edit a wide range of video formats. He is eager to gain more experience in the field as an editor and videographer, and to deepen his knowledge of the profession.
The festival is still standing because of collective effort, each year we have a massive amount of helping hands coming from all corners.
This dedicated volunteers supports the festival in countless ways: cleaning studios, helping with set-up and break-down, cooking meals, assisting in the kitchen, welcoming audiences at the entrance, running bar shifts, and taking care of all the small tasks that keep the festival alive and running smoothly.
Volunteers are an essential part of the festival's spirit. They contribute to atmosphere that makes Top Floor feel like a community, Top Floor is, and always will be, a collective initiative.. We are deeply grateful to everyone who chooses to be part of it.
