Martial Movement is a training system that combines Traditional Kung Fu and Contemporary Dance. After more than 10 years teaching Kung Fu and working professionally as a dancer, this system emerged from the intersection of both practices. The workshop explores the dialogue between Kung Fu and Contemporary Dance, where physical training, energetic work, and creative research converge to develop a unique body language. The practice focuses on structure, flow, power, and awareness, using martial principles as a foundation for contemporary movement exploration and artistic expression.
